I’m still thinking and processing the things that were interesting from this session.
So far I have this list
It was visually interesting have 2 screens of people. It evoked feelings of confusion and anticipation. The usual flow was disrupted. I was forced to think differently and not in my usual gear. I was more observant. I was impatient to know the rules/no rules/limits/no limits/norm/new norm. It was sociable in the break out rooms. We Tabula’d each other. We solved problems. We made problems. We solved them again. It made me think that we are too formulaic in our off line calls. Something random like this moves you a different way.
I actually used the Drastic Action. Reassemble. Stare for 3 minutes. method today to resolve my ‘stuckness’ with my mapping…. thus proving the old addage ‘You have to get lost to be found’
