Inspired in some ways by Richard Serra’s verb list, it is a way of mapping the entanglement and collision that could occur during the mingling of capes and bodies.
To begin to understand, through a veil of unknowns what the intention of the performance with multiple capes is I began gathering words. The words describe a fictional space, a space for bodies or a collection of fabric forms with vital materiality. What is a collection of empty capes, is it more – has it thing power?
All word donations greatly appreciated for the list.
